iCloud 自动备份无法开启
- 确认设备已经登录 Apple 账号，并在系统设置中开启 iCloud Drive。
- 确认 SimpleWorth 可以使用 iCloud；受管理设备可能由组织限制此能力。
- 切换到稳定网络后重新打开 App，再进入 App 的 iCloud 备份设置。
- 开启后，App 会在本机与 iCloud 中各保存一份新备份，不会改变现有账单。
汇率没有更新
汇率由 ExchangeRate-API 提供，需要网络连接。请进入“货币选择”并点“刷新”。若服务暂时不可用， App 会继续使用已缓存汇率；稍后重试即可。公开汇率仅用于记账折算参考，不适合外汇交易或结算。
备份、恢复与导入
- “立即备份”会生成新的 JSON 备份；开启 iCloud 后会同时复制到 iCloud Drive。
- 恢复备份会覆盖当前设备上的账单、标签、目标和存入记录，请先备份当前内容。
- 导入文件时，请保持原始列名与日期、金额格式，避免重复导入同一份账单。
- 如果备份记录无法读取，请保留原文件并联系支持，不要反复覆盖它。
隐私与数据
SimpleWorth 默认把账单数据保存在设备上。关于 iCloud、汇率请求和数据删除的完整说明，请查看 SimpleWorth 隐私政策。

Contact simpleworth@larryhu.com and include the app version, device model, iOS version, reproduction steps, and a redacted screenshot when useful.
For iCloud backup issues, confirm that you are signed in to an Apple Account, iCloud Drive is enabled, SimpleWorth has iCloud access, and the network is available. Restoring a backup replaces current ledger data, so create a fresh backup first.
Exchange rates require a network connection and are supplied by ExchangeRate-API. If a refresh fails, SimpleWorth continues to use the cached rates and you can retry later. Rates are indicative and are not intended for trading or settlement.
